Being enrolled with us means you'll receive subsidised consultation fees and have
access to our full range of services including our Health Coach and Health Improvement Practitioner.

CSC (Community Services Card) = A Work and Income card for people and families on lower incomes. If you hold one, you pay the lower "with CSC" rate shown.

Fees vary depending on your age and entitlements. We are a contracted provider to Pegasus Health (Charitable) Ltd Primary Health Organisation.
Fees may vary for longer or more complex consultations. Failure to attend without 2 hours notice may incur a missed appointment fee.

To sign up, just ask at reception and we'll get you set up. You'll need your email address, date of birth, and NHI number to complete registration.
Once you're registered, download the free MyIndici app on iPhone or Android for quick access using face ID or fingerprint.
