Hornby Medical Centre participates in HealthOne, a shared health record system used across the Canterbury region that allows authorised providers to access relevant parts of your record when you need care outside of our practice.

MyIndici Patient Portal

If you use the MyIndici patient portal, your information is managed in accordance with myindici's own privacy policy and terms of service. MyIndici is built to comply with New Zealand health information privacy requirements, including the Health Information Privacy Code.
